The easy hike to Kinney Lake [1,4] leads through forest along Robson River (5-6km). Uphill, at the other end of the lake, an alluvial fan or delta can be found: Robson River is divided into numerous smaller and larger stream, all heading for Kinney Lake. A nice playground for crossing flowing water, building bridges, climbing on some larger boulders, etc. - that is, having fun :-)
