Indian Ridge from Whistler Mountain

To the Indian Ridge [5], we had to go up to the Whistlers with the tramway (8.50am). Our plan was to traverse the whole ridge.

We started on the northwest end of the ridge (the right side - looking from the Whistlers' summit) because this was expected to be the most difficult part of this easy scramble. This was a nice way for increasing the level of adrenaline in the body a little bit ;-)

Almost at the end of the harder part is a window in the ridge.

After passing this harder part, the way to the left-hand summit of the ridge (2720m) was an easy hike.

The way down from the summit was a bit steeper again. The rest was easy again (back at tramway at 4.30pm).
Conclusion: A nice hike with some nice easy scrambles in-between.

Afterwards I had to drive to Calgary for some business on August 13. So, time for parting company after three very nice days :-( Still there are some unanswered questions: Did they do their backpacking tour? Is Jean-Guy really going up Mt. Robson next year? Will he reach the summit?
