Fort Steele was a little bit like Calgary Heritage Park. They have a lot of old/renovated houses from the time when Fort Steele was a very busy place: 3 churches, 1 schoolhouse, stores, etc. There is also a railway.

At Whitefish, I first went to my motel and then to the city beach (directions: follow Baker Ave north, cross HW93, and follow the signs to city beach): a sandy beach with a lot of sand and dust that remained in my towel... Anyway - I was very lazy, just lying in the sun and swimming a little bit.
